DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

1. Delivery Time & Process:

  • All our products are custom-produced meticulously after your order is received.

  • Preparation and delivery time averages 15 (fifteen) business days. This period includes the custom production process, quality control, and preparation for shipment.

  • The timeframe is calculated in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Delivery time may extend by a few business days due to order volume or unforeseen circumstances (carrier delays, natural disasters, etc.). We will inform you promptly if any delay occurs.

  • You can track your order and shipment status using your order number via our website or by contacting customer service.

2. Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Due to hygiene regulations and personalized production processes, we regrettably cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made car air fresheners.

  • Products are custom-made exclusively for you upon order and are non-returnable. Therefore, returns are not accepted, even under the consumer's right of withdrawal (as per Article 15/g of the Distance Sales Agreement).

  • Please carefully review product descriptions, scents, and options before placing your order. For any inquiries, contact our customer service before ordering.

3. Defective or Faulty Product:

  • In rare cases of manufacturing defects or faults upon delivery, notify us within 3 (three) business days with product photos/videos and your order number.

  • After verification, we will reproduce and ship a replacement at no cost. Return of the original product may be required, with shipping costs covered by us.

4. Important Note:

  • This policy complies with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and relevant regulations, based on custom production and hygiene requirements.

  • Placing an order implies acceptance of this Delivery and Return Policy.
